I submitted the drawing to the AHJ for a permit, removed the existing fire suppression cylinder, detection conduit, wire, brackets, and fusible links, and replaced them with a hydro test cylinder, new detection conduit, wire, brackets, and fusible links. The fan belt was overtight, when the belt is too tight, the fan will over work which will damage the motor. At this case the fan had the right size belt and there was no room for the motor to make the belt little loose. I change the belt for a adjustable belt to make it work but the motor is already damage and it will shutting off. A fan will need a new motor.
